Inpatient rehabilitation hospital
Intensive rehabilitation, built around function
Our 30-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital serves patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological disease, amputation, spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and medically complex illness.
The standard
Three hours of therapy a day, and a hospital behind it.
Inpatient rehabilitation is a hospital level of care. Patients receive at least three hours of skilled therapy each day, under the direction of a rehabilitation physician, supported by 24-hour rehabilitation nursing.
Because Lakeview is also a long term acute care hospital, medical complexity is not a barrier to admission. Ventilator support, dialysis, and complex wounds are managed on site — patients keep progressing instead of transferring out.
