This presentation provides a synopsis of case management issues that occur when serving individuals with TBI. Case management at an LTAC hospital level covers a wide spectrum of issues and concerns for persons with brain inury. Often there is a need to meet the expectations of multiple stakeholders including the individual and family, through their journey of recovery. Topics covered include the psychological needs for families, the financial and occupational outlook, and current resources and support systems available.
